We're looking for preferably Bali based Junior Buyer to join our in-house Design/Product Development Team. The role will see you responsible for creating innovative designs that align with the BB core customer profiles. You will live and breathe fashion and thrive in a fast paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS :

- Create innovative designs that align with the VRG GRL core customer profiles
- Research and present mood boards colour palettes, upcoming forecasted trends and exclusive designs and concepts for future collections
- Create exclusive prints and source new fabric bases and trims
- Brief and assist garment techs where needed on specification packs
- Work closely with other design team members.
- You have 1-2+ years experience in the industry with a degree or similar in Fashion and Design

- Implement a creative visual merchandising strategy according to the brand
- Change display to promote new product & push the slow mover
- Working with vendors in order to produce the window display/ in store display, overseeing the production
- Resourceful in terms of sourcing elements and vendors
- Able to monitor costs and work within budget & specific timeline
- Able to work with our Creative team!

QUALIFICATIONS :

- Min. of 2yrs of working experience in the field.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or the other visual design tools
- Good understanding of the brand and has a good taste in terms of and space utilization

QUALIFICATIONS :

- Female preferably.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
- 3+ Year's experience in Human Resources.
- Excellent knowledge of the HR cycle.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Fluently in English.

- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art, Desain Komunikasi Visual (DKV), or a related field
- Min of 1 - 3 years of experience in Graphic Design is preferred
- Fresh graduates in a related field are welcome to apply
- Good time management, good communication skills, and a sense of urgency in handling a project
- Familiar with design software tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, Canva)
