Your item might not fit
It doesn’t suit you
It’s not exactly what you imagined, or
You’ve simply changed your mind
If you feel like one or more of these points apply to you we can exchange your purchase with another item of equal value or we will issue a credit note for you to spend in our store at a later date (valid for 6 months from date of issue).
Please note; items must be returned within 14 days of the dispatch date and we do not provide refunds for change of mind or sale items.
Exchanging your item for another item online
Ensure that the product is unworn, unwashed and in the original condition with Bamboo Blonde tags attached. (garments that smell of perfume, deodorant or have make up stains or marks will not be accepted)
Complete the Bamboo Blonde Return Form and include a copy of your delivery receipt with the item you are returning.
Please note customers will be responsible for paying return to sender and re-delivery charges unless the item is deemed faulty or you did not receive what you ordered.
Bamboo Blonde will not take responsibility for items not received if a customer attempts to send an item to us via non registered post.
We will endeavor to process all refunds or exchanges within 1 week of your return arriving to our warehouse. Re-delivery to your address will, once again, be subject to our estimated delivery times
if you have found a fault with an item please contact us by email email@example.com before returning the product. The item will be inspected by our Quality Assurance Department and if it is deemed to be faulty due to manufacturing, function or fabric Bamboo Blonde will refund or replace free of additional freight charges. We will notify you of the Authorization Number to write on the Return Form to make sure your refund, exchange or credit note is managed with ease.
If you change your mind or ordered an incorrect colour or size…
Bamboo Blonde is unable to accept the return of items that have had the tags removed or have been worn/washed. The item must be in the original condition. Additional re-delivery freight charges will apply for replacement items required by customers who return products for these reasons. Bamboo Blonde will either exchange the item for the new item requested (based on availability & including re-delivery charges) or reissue the amount paid for the item, less the original delivery charges, as a credit note to use within 6 months of issue.
If we send you the incorrect colour or size…
Sorry about that! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get an Authorisation Number for return ASAP. Bamboo Blonde will either exchange and deliver the original item you requested (based on availability), find an alternative product or refund the amount of the item as a credit note to use within 6 months from date of issue. Please ensure the item(s) being returned are in original condition, the tags have not been removed and it has not been worn or washed.
NB. Colours shown on an internet exchange may not be an exact match to the physical goods, therefore the colour shown on our website is for illustrative purposes only.
