How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?

If the items you are ordering are in stock, your order will be dispatched within 2 working days. Depending on your location, the order can take 5-14 working days for International destinations and 1-4 working days for local destinations.

Can I Change My Order?

It’s possible to change an order with items at the same price or over. If your order has already been shipped, please contact us atshop@bambooblonde.com and send the item back to us within 2 days of receiving your package. Kindly note the return shipping expenses will be your own responsibility.

How Can I Track My Item?

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation from our shipping team via email, along with tracking details for your order. Once your order arrives in your country, it will be handed to your local postal service and you will be able to track your order in more detail with them.

Will I Have to Pay for Customs & Duties?
