3. Retail Area Manager

We’re on the hunt for our next area manager! Bamboo Blonde has been a pioneer in the fashion scene in Bali for over 18 years now, and with 12 branded stores across the island (and growing) we’re in need of a confident and enthusiastic area manager to help with the growth of our retail presence. Travelling between our store locations daily, we’re looking for a superstar that can help train and support staff in achieving sales goals and performing daily duties.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for operations of all Bamboo Blonde Stores
• Look after 12 store locations across Bali
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Retail Area Manager (preferably within women’s fashion)
• Proven experience managing multi-door operations
• Strong leadership skills
• Confident and clear communicator
• Excellent capabilities in problem solving
• High level skill and knowledge in staff learning & development
• Proven sales training experience with results
• Knowledge of the retail market in Bali a PLUS!
• You will be required to travel to different locations day to day
• Must be fluent in Bahasa and English
