Returns

As outlined in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Bamboo Blonde accepts returns within 7 days of purchase, provided all items are returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and no signs of wear or damage.

How to request a return

To request a return, please contact our Customer Care team via WhatsApp or email and provide:

  • Proof of purchase
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

Returns must be approved prior to being sent back. Items returned without authorisation may not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale items
  • Final sale items
  • Swimwear
  • Jewellery
  • Footwear
  • Promotional items (excluding sign-up discount)
  • Items purchased through third-party websites or stockists
Return outcome

Once approved and received, returns will be issued as a credit note to the value of the returned item.

  • All return shipping costs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, as outlined in our Shipping & Delivery Policy
  • Credit notes may be redeemed online or in-store (please notify our team if purchasing in-store)
  • Items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in-store

Exchanges

In line with our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Bamboo Blonde offers size exchanges within 7 days of purchase, subject to stock availability.

Exchanges are available for:

  • The same style
  • The same colour
  • A different size only

If the requested size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued.

Exchange items will be dispatched once the original item(s) have been received and approved. Customers will then be contacted via WhatsApp with a payment link to cover shipping and applicable taxes for the replacement item.

Please note:

  • Items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in-store

Faulty Items

If you believe an item is faulty, please contact our Customer Care team via WhatsApp or email and provide:

  • Date of purchase
  • Proof of purchase
  • Product style name
  • Size
  • Description of the fault
  • Clear photos of the fault

All faulty item claims will be assessed in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Australian Consumer Law. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account once processed.
