We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If you do not wish to accept any new terms and conditions, you should not continue to use this website.


To place an order or view your current or ongoing orders, you will need to register to our website. When registering you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete. If any of your information changes, please notify our admin via our contact form. Your user name and password should be made accessible to you only, and should not be shared or made available for use by multiple users or anyone that is not as per your details in our database. The responsibility of your account and password is solely yours. If you know of or have doubts on its security, please notify us immediately. We reserve the right to cancel any user account at our discretion should these terms and conditions be breached.
All orders are purchases made via our online checkout process. You are given the opportunity to check and correct any errors pertaining to your order, and are deemed responsible should there be any errors in this process. We will send you an invoice through your registered email, as an acknowledgement of your order. Our acceptance of an order takes place once we dispatch the item. Once dispatched, the purchase contract will be made, unless your order has been cancelled. Order cancellation can only be done with our approval. Orders may be refused due to:
● Unavailable goods,
● No payment authorization, or the lack of funds transferred to us
● A breach of our terms and conditions
● Fraudulent and disingenuous information pertaining to payment or user details on your part.
● Product pricing errors


Orders are processed on Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders made before 11 pm on any given business day and delivered to Bali are processed within the same day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day subject to availability.

Please note : During sales periods dispatch can take 5-7 business days plus delivery time. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. For any and all RETURNS, REFUNDS, CREDIT NOTES or EXCHANGES, please take care to follow the below requirements:
- We only offer CREDIT NOTES or EXCHANGES if item is not faulty
- Return postage will only be reimbursed if the item is faulty or there is an error on our behalf. Maximum amount for postage reimbursement is AUD $25.00. Anything above this is the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Please fill out our RETURNS form which is included in your package and post back with your return.
- Please keep proof of transaction (i.e. invoice or receipt)
-Tags must be intact
-Please keep all email communication with our online customer service at shop@bambooblonde.com
-We do not take responsibility for an item that has been mistreated by the customer, (please check that you read our CARE labels carefully and correctly).
-Sales are always final on pre-orders, markdowns, sale items, special orders, swimwear, and underwear.

We do not offer refunds due to sizing, please use our sizing chart as a guide. If you are unsure, please do contact us via email or through our social media and whatsapp before you place the order.
● After 2 days of receipt all sales are final.
● All items bought on sale are final sale and cannot be returned for a credit note, exchange or refund unless faulty.
● Sale items are strictly final sale.
● Due to hygiene issues there are no returns/exchanges on swim wear or underwear.
● Unapproved items returned without prior notification are not the responsibility of Bamboo Blonde
CREDIT NOTES are awarded after the return item has been received by Bamboo Blonde, and is valid for a period of 6 months after issue date. Please keep any and all email references regarding credit notes.


Unsatisfactory merchandise in sell able condition with all original tags attached may be exchanged or returned for a CREDIT NOTE only. *SWIMWEAR, SHOES and ACCESSORIES can not be RETURNED unless there is a production fault. Do you need to send something back to us? Did something arrive that didn't seem quite right? Just fill out the return form and we'll get back to you within one business day.


Any and all faulty items (i.e. with unintentional holes, running dye, torn hem, etc.) bought online through our site and are not the result of customer mistreatment are refundable. Photos of faulty items must first be approved by our customer care consultants before the refund can be processed (email us at shop@bambooblonde.com).
Please note:
Once the item has been received back refunds can take up to 10 business days to be processed. You will then receive a refund receipt via email. Please keep all communications throughout the process.


In the event that the item does not meet customer size requirement, it may be returned and exchanged with the same item but in a different size. This does not include sale or promotional products. If the item does not have the exchangeable size in stock then a credit note will be issued. Please keep proof of transaction (i.e. invoice or receipt.) and notify our customer service within 2 days of receiving the items. Tags must be intact and item must be in salable condition. No reimbursement on postage costs for returned items unless the item is faulty. The delivery of the exchange item need to be sent to Bamboo Blonde by the customer. The shipping of the exchange and custom tax for international shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer and has to be approved beforehand by Bamboo Blonde. *Refunds on faulty items bought through sites or stores other than Bamboo Blonde are the sole responsibility of the company selling the item and are not the responsibility of Bamboo Blonde.

Free Delivery for economy shipping is available for Indonesia.

Same Day Delivery

Same Day Delivery is available for orders made before 12 pm and delivering inside Bali. This does not include Saturday, Sunday, or any national or international holiday's.

Economy Shipping

Economy Shipping can take up to 2 weeks, and may differ according to the time it takes customs to process in the receiving country. For Indonesia this should take no more than five days.

Priority Shipping

Priority Shipping can take up to 7 business days, and may differ according to the time it takes customs to process in the receiving country. For Indonesia this should take no more than 2 days.

For other countries and zones, the shipping price will differ and you will be shown this price prior to making your purchase. Import duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the individual making the order (please consult our customer service for any help you may need).


Pricing and availability of our products are subject to change without prior notice, unless the order has been invoiced to you. Pricing will be based on Shipping Zones that are affiliated to either USD, AUD, or IDR. Using any of these currencies for your order while shipping the item to zones outside the affiliated currency will result in cancellation and penalties (if necessary). Any custom or individual requests that are outside our regular policies and/or terms & conditions, pertaining to your order, can result in additional charges. These additional charges will be notified to you and done with your approval. Please keep all communications throughout this process. Any import taxes or duty charges as a result of your order is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Prices online are as listed and may differ to in store pricing or any other pricing outside of this website. Prices in store and anywhere else outside of this website will only be available in store and CANNOT be price matched with online products. Bamboo Blonde online retail and any entity selling Bamboo Blonde items are separate entities and all purchases will be treated as such. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotions. Please note the following product availability descriptions:
1. New Arrivals: Products that are currently in stock and available for immediate order
2. Pre-Order: Products that will be available in the future. They are often a limited product, and although we often encourage you to secure them, we also ask that you commit and are certain of your Pre-Order. We do not take cancellations or issue refunds on items marked as a Pre-Order.
3. Out of Stock: When an item does not show specific sizes or only a few sizes, then the sizes not shown are unavailable for ordering and might not be reproduced in the future.
