By placing an order with Bamboo Blonde, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding contract.
Accounts & Registration

Orders
All orders are placed through our online checkout. You will have the opportunity to review and amend your order before completing your purchase. Once submitted, you are responsible for ensuring all details are correct.
An order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address. Your order is accepted once it has been dispatched, at which point a purchase contract is formed.
Order Cancellations & Availability
Order cancellations may only be accepted with our approval. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary, including but not limited to situations where:
- An item is unavailable
- Payment is not authorised or received
- There is a breach of these Terms & Conditions
- Incorrect, misleading, or fraudulent information has been provided
- A pricing or listing error has occurred
If your order is affected, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Pricing, Currency & Product Information
All prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. Prices shown online may differ from in-store pricing and cannot be price matched.
Prices may be displayed in IDR, AUD, or USD depending on your location. While we take care to ensure accuracy, errors may occur. If an error affects your order, we reserve the right to cancel it and issue a refund or credit note where applicable.
Order Fulfilment
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed before 11:00 AM (WITA) are packed and dispatched the same business day, subject to availability
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day
- During promotional periods, dispatch may take 5–7 business days, plus delivery time
If an item is delayed or unavailable, our team will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping methods, fees, timeframes, and delivery conditions are outlined in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. All delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns, Exchanges & Faulty Items
Our returns, exchanges, credit notes, and faulty item procedures are detailed in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. By placing an order, you agree to these conditions.
Returns
Approved returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided items are:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Returned with all tags attached
- Free from wear, damage, or alteration
Approved returns are issued as a credit note once the item has been received and assessed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale and final sale items
- Swimwear
- Jewellery
- Footwear
- Promotional items (excluding sign-up discounts)
- Items purchased through third-party retailers
Exchanges
Size exchanges may be offered within 7 days of purchase, subject to availability. Exchanges are limited to the same style and colour. If the requested size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued.
Faulty Items
If you believe an item is faulty, please contact Customer Care with proof of purchase and clear photos. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process once approved.
Return Shipping & Costs
- Return shipping costs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law
- Original shipping fees and duties are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns
- Online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged in-store
Credit Notes
Credit notes are issued once a return is approved and received. They are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Please retain all confirmation emails for reference.
Sizing
We do not offer refunds for sizing or change-of-mind purchases. We recommend reviewing our size guide carefully or contacting our team for assistance prior to placing an order.
Pre-Orders & Limited Availability
Pre-Order items are offered ahead of their release date and may be limited in quantity.
- Pre-Orders are generally final and not eligible for cancellation or refund unless required by law
- If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you and offer a suitable resolution
