We are looking for a hands-on IT Support Specialist to keep our systems running smoothly across our Bali stores and Office.
What we are looking for:
- 3-4 years of experiences IT or related field.
- Good knowledge of networking, Windows, and troubleshooting.
- Good communication skills, service-minded, proactive, and a team player.
- Retail/Fashion industry background.
- Willing to be placed/travel to store locations if required.
- Nice to have macOS basic knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, configure, and deploy IT equipment.
- Provide first-line support to office and store.
- Documente incidents, solutions, and clear communication to users and the IT Team.
- Monitoring and maintain core systems, network, CCTV, computers, printers, and POS.
