Delivery Policy
- Deliveries are handled by Lion Parcel (Indonesia), TGI (Malaysia & Singapore), and FedEx, DHL, or EMS (International).
- Customers must ensure delivery details are correct at checkout. Returned parcels due to incorrect details will incur a re-dispatch fee.
- Estimated delivery times begin from the Order Dispatched email.
- All deliveries require a signature and are made during business hours.
- Returned parcels will be held for up to two (2) weeks.
- Bamboo Blonde reserves the right to cancel orders if goods cannot be supplied.
- Orders ship only once all items are available.
- Bamboo Blonde is not liable for damage once parcels leave the warehouse.
- Risk and ownership pass to the customer upon delivery.
- International orders may incur customs duties and taxes.

- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Sale items, swimwear, intimates, and accessories are non-returnable unless faulty.
- Returns are eligible for store credit only. Refunds are not provided.
- Store credit refund amount is based on product price only. Original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
